Kloud Active Reports

A special type of LiveDoc for Work Items

  • Kloud Active Reports are a special type of LiveDoc that converts an entire work item record into an interactive, presentable, editable format to provide comments and feedback. Edits are saved back to the associated system record.
  • Work items can be any work assignment record in the system being used, such as a Sales opportunity, Support ticket, Development task, QA test, or any other type of record.

Advanced AI Features

  • Kloud Active Reports have all the functionality of LiveDocs, so the Kloud AI Bot can analyze the work assignments, including file attachments, provide an accurate summary, and answer detailed questions about the work item from any user.
  • The Kloud AI Bot can also create a detailed summary presentation of the Active Report complete with audio narration.

Improved teamwork and collaboration

  • Kloud Active Reports can be created from one or multiple work item records, annotated with markups and audio comments, and then shared with the team or individuals for clear communication.
  • During Meetings, Kloud Active Reports can be shared in real time, discussed, and edited, then saved back to the associated system record.
